2. Room Occupancy Each room is designed to accommodate a specified number of guests comfortably. Under no circumstances should the number of occupants exceed the room’s designated capacity. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.
3. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited within all rooms and indoor areas of Ourhotels. A fine of €500 will be imposed on any guest found to be smoking inside the premises. This policy is in place to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.
4. Breakfast Service Breakfast is included with your stay and is served daily at designated times. Please refer to the information provided at check-in or in your room for breakfast hours and location.
5. Cancellation Policy Guests can cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
6. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is from 16:00 (4:00 PM) on the day of arrival.
- Check-out time is by 11:00 (11:00 AM) on the day of departure.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Payment Policy

- Additional charges incurred during your stay (e.g., room service, minibar) must be settled at check-out.

9. Conduct Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to other guests or property will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
