How self check-in works

There’s no front desk to queue at — every one of our four inns works with self check-in, at any hour. Here is exactly what happens after you book:

1. Right after booking — your confirmation email arrives within a couple of minutes (check spam if it doesn’t).
2. Before you arrive — we send your door code by SMS, along with a short note about the road conditions that day.
3. On arrival — park out front and let yourself in. The main door is unlocked from 15:00; your room code works on the keypad by the door: press any button to light it up, enter the 4-digit code, then press #.

Arriving at 2 in the morning after a long drive is completely fine — the code works around the clock. Someone local is on the phone at +354 497 1373 if anything is unclear.
